But the list of five rules have people divided - with some slamming businesswoman Polina Nioly Pushkareva for patronising 'the help'. Polina grew up 'poor' in Russia before going on to become a wealthy, influential business woman. She owns five businesses and describes herself as a Hollywood movie producer on Instagram.
The young woman claims one of her four personal assistants is 'always with her' and she has some very accommodating rules if they are chosen to travel for work. The first is her 'per-diem' allowance of $500 - this covers her business clothes, food, taxis and internet when she is on the road. The second rule is about her staff accommodation - she puts them up in the same five-star hotels, just in a lower grade room.
The third rule is about flying: she only purchases her staff economy tickets. If they wish to sit with her in business they can upgrade 'using their salary'. The fourth trip reflects 'good results'.
