A man who pitched up at one of the UK's "worst-rated hotel" has been spilling the beans about his surprising experience. Zac Jones, from Liverpool, decided to stay a night at The Grand Hotel in Llandudno in North Wales, which he claims is the worst-reviewed in the country, In a TikTok video, he explained that the hotel was once known as a swanky place to stay, but those glory days might be over. Dodgy reputation aside though, he described several positive things about the hotel during his stay.

The hotel, bang on the seafront and crammed with memories in its grand old Victorian walls, is a landmark on the lush Llandudno North Shore Promenade. TikToker Zac, who boasts a following just shy of 70,000, told his avid fans that this striking building has stood the test of time since 1902 and lived through two world wars. He even let slip that his great grandmother used to holiday there, reports Wales Online .
