Michael Mosley was famed for his diet and lifestyle advice. He created a number of diet programmes, including the 5:2 and the Fast 800. He trained as a doctor, and worked as a broadcaster and journalist, with an incredible skill to share science with the general public in an understanding and digestable way.
He massively contributed to improving public health in the UK, and his death on the Greek island of Symi is an incredible loss to the health and wellness community across our country.
