Kitty Moana, a stay-at-home mom of two, devised a simple workout regimen and a healthy diet in February. With just 25 minutes of physical activity a day, she has shed 30 pounds. After reaching her highest weight and lowest point in January, Moana began her weight loss journey as much for her mental health as her physical well-being.
