A WOMAN has been slammed for wearing a tiny tutu she handmade to her brother's wedding. While many claimed it was inappropriate it seemed Paris decided to not listen and wore the dress anyway, toning it down by not wearing a big bow in her hair. The mini dress was made using a pale blue silk material, using boning to create an exaggerated, figure hugging structure. The bottom of the dress was lined with netting to create micro mini skirt that puffed out.
Sharing a picture of herself and her brother at his bid day, she addressed commentators who asked what she ended up wearing and revealed she stuck with the dress. Paris explained: "I wore the dress. I didn't really have anything else.
"But I didn't wear it with the bow. "I made it a little more toned down."
