Tommy Walsh was left 'confused' during Monday's episode of Homes Under the Hammer (June 17) as an auction house appeared to be 'back to front'. Introducing the segment, the BBC shows co-host Dion Dublin said: "Tommy is in Eastbourne where there's a first for everything." Tommy, 67, was in East Sussex, to look at a 'dated' three-bedroom house with an auction guide price of £160k - plus.

But upon entering the property the presenter was left surprised. After stating he was impressed with the exterior of the property he walked through the front door with "great expectations", which were short lived. "Interesting", Tommy said as the front door led straight into a kitchen.

He added: "You don't normally enter into a house straight through to the kitchen. That is strange." "But if you don't, and you want one of these all singing, all dancing, very modern, contemporary kitchens, you could take that chimney breast out and those cupboards, and that would give you a bit more room - it would give you a lot more room." Tommy then walked through the living room to find another locked door in a sm.
