Homes Under the Hammer: Clapham property transformed Jacqui Joseph had "high hopes" for a property that was in a sought-after area in London . The 51-year-old headed to Clapham when she was met with a Victorian three-bedroom flat. The Homes and Under the Hammer star fell in love with its curbside appearance and was quick to point out her thoughts before even entering the property.

Jacqui was delighted to find out that due to it being a conversion the new owners would own part of the freehold. “Although this property comes with a hefty guide price it’s a substantial and spacious three-bedroom flat in a sought-after area in London. I think this could make a fabulous home for someone," she said.

Unlike most of the properties on the BBC show this comes with a huge guide price at the auction. Initially, the owners thought they might pick it up for £620,000 but it sold for £710,000 in February 2023. The host caught up with mother and daughter duo Lyndsey and Daisy after they signed on the dotted line and was pleased to hear of their renovation ideas.

Interior designer Lyndsey revealed that she wanted to store some of the home's original features and would not be scraping on the budget.
