Researchers at the University of Durham determined the colour can also help you win, finding that sports teams that wore red kits were more likely to do so.Another study in Germany found that women wearing red were also perceived to be more attractive.While red might be a great choice for travel, there are a few things you definitely shouldn't wear.For example, they may offer a great deal of comfort, but an aviation expert has warned that leggings wouldn't be her first choice of plane wear."You might have to escape through a cabin fire or there could be a separate fire on the ground once you leave the aircraft," the author told The Sun."Everyone is wearing yoga pants on planes now, but I avoid all artificial fibres because they are more likely to burn and stick to you if there is a fire."I'd advise wearing cotton clothes or anything made of natural fibres."Another flight attendant Andrea Fischbach also recommended opting for loose clothes over anything too restrictive."It's very important to be able to move around a bit in your seat – very difficult, I know – and keep your blood flowing," she told WhoWhatWear."If you are tall, travel a lot, or are on a long flight, this is extremely important because you face the risk of developing DVT."Bloating is a major issue, even for flight attendants, so wear something comfortable around your waist like elastic."
