Hairy Biker Si King has posted a very moving and poignant Instagram post announcing a new career move as fans support him. Posting to the Hairy Biker's Instagram account Si announced the launch of their Hairy Biker Triple Hop beer, which he created alongside his fellow Hairy Biker Dave Myers. It is a bittersweet announcement for Si following the death of his best friend, and one-half of the Hairy Bikers' duo, Dave Myers.
Dave passed away in February 2024 at the age of 66 after a battle with cancer. Announcing the new beer Dave posted a photo of him sitting at a table with an empty chair next to him and two beer bottles on the table. Many fans found the picture and its tribute to Dave emotional.

We all miss Si. can't imagine how you feel xx" and another added: "Possibly the saddest picture I've seen in years of you sat with a bottle & an empty chair" followed by a crying emoji. A third said: "I notice you have a beer for Dave too.
Heart wrenching and heartwarming simultaneously." followed by a heartbreak emoji. And: "Eee this melts my heart Dave should be sat there with you x" another added: "The second bottle made me tear up".
