We've all seen those pubs and hotel rooms dedicated to celebs, but imagine a toilet decked out with your favourite pop icon. That was the experience of one user who rushed to answer nature's call at Arundel's LG Cafe in West Sussex. She encountered nothing less than a tribute to the music legend .
Alongside a video clip, she proclaimed in awe: "The most iconic toilet ever. I think George Michael would have loved it." The viral vid, which garnered close to a million views, kicks off by showcasing an entrance plastered with the likeness of the Wham! frontman, who sadly passed away in 2016 aged 53.
Step inside and you're met with walls awash in old newspaper and magazine cutouts featuring the 'Club Tropicana' crooner. Accompanied by booming anthems from George Michael's illustrious career and glimmering disco ball lights swirling round the room, the lavatory is nothing short of well, downright iconic. "The song changes every time you go in!" the amused woman added.
A slew of viewers chimed into the comments confessing they'd be tempted to remain "all night" in the loo if they dropped by the cafe. An admiring fan of the late pop star gushed: "I need to go there! How awesome is this?!" "I simply would not leave this toilet all night," another jested. One more agreed: "Omg I would just spend all night in the loo.
" Many others, however, proposed that George's song 'Outside' be played on loop due to its backstory. The track was written as a response to an incident where he was caught.
