Prince George , Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were smiling and waving with their mum, the Princess of Wales , as they travelled together in a state carriage down The Mall. The trio are making their first major royal appearance of the year at their grandfather King Charles ' official birthday parade today. Charlotte, nine, was seen grinning at the crowds while Louis, six, waved out of the window during the big family moment.
Their dad, Prince William , took part in the military parade on horseback. Charlotte beamed as she wore a navy dress with a white bow, with her hair tied back away from her face.
