Wicklow to please park responsibly. "Any vehicles found parked on double yellow lines or on a grass verge resulting in the obstruction of emergency vehicles or denying local residents access to their property will be towed away and fines will be issued. "We ask all visitors to park in designated parking area's and follow local instructions.

" The warning is being echoed by other Garda divisions across the country in a bid to stamp out inconsiderate and illegal parking..
