The Foo Fighters make their eagerly anticipated return to Manchester this week to kick off a series of summer stadium shows across the UK. The band head here on the Everything or Nothing at All UK Tour, fresh from a slew of acclaimed gigs in the States. In what are set to be some seriously monumental shows, the band play two nights at the Emirates Old Trafford Stadium on June 13 and 15 before heading on to Glasgow, London, Cardiff and Birmingham.
Fans who have seen Dave Grohl and co in action know exactly what to expecct from these shows - at their last outing here in Manchester our reviewer hailed it "a crowd pleasing riot of a greatest hits set". It smashed into the UK charts at number one — the sixth Foo Fighters album to do so — while generating some of the most positive critical notes of the band’s career.

At previous gigs the song Aurora has been played in tribute to the much-missed musician.
