During an interview Fearne revealed just how tough the entertainment industry can be, even for someone who began their television career in 1996. While talking to The Sunday Times Fearne revealed: "I’ve been sacked and not told I’ve been sacked.

You just turn the telly on and someone else is doing your job." She added: "It’s all a big game. You’ve got the Monopoly board out and you’re moving around [trying to] dodge the danger.

" Fearne was just 15 years old when she hosted The Disney Club. She then went on to host Top of The Pops and the original Love Island in 2006. Since then, Fearne has gone one to host The Xtra Factor and been a team captain on Keith Lemon’s Celebrity Juice alongside Holly Willoughby .

Fearne has also joined Celebrity Gogglebox with fashion icon Gok Wan and presented the first series of Interior Design Masters before it was taken over by Alan Carr. Fearne continued to add that the industry had taken a toll.
