Hairy Bikers' Si King has received an outpouring of support from fans as he returns to work after the passing of his co-star and friend, Dave Myers. Dave Myers, aged 66, passed away in February this year following a battle with cancer. He was one half of the beloved motorcycle-riding culinary pair, and his best mate Si, aged 57, shared the heartbreaking news earlier this year, stating: "My best friend is on a journey that for now, I can't follow.

" In a touching tribute last week, Si and Dave's wife Liliana Orzac embarked on a 'Dave Day' motorcycle ride from London to Cumbria to honour his memory. Si has recently taken to social media to announce his return to work since Dave's death. On Sunday 16 June I'm gonna be cooking live in the big kitchen." He continued, highlighting the event's attractions: "It's a brilliant day out with plenty of producers so you can go shopping and loads to choose from. Loads of summer cooking information which is why I'm here.
