The new menu, designed by the skilled Chef Mayyur, offers an enthralling experience that stimulates the senses and honors top seasonal ingredients. As the Director of Culinary at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Chef Mayyur has thoughtfully developed the Taste of Ukiyo 4.0, enriching it with distinct ingredients and bold, innovative flavors.
