Sweet Home season 3 is set to release in the third week of July and has been confirmed as the finale season of the show. Adapted from a manhwa of the same name, the Korean drama is one of the first successful shows that landed on Netflix's Global Top 10 bringing the genre to the light of day. Since its success, more webtoon adaptions in several genres have been greenlit by the studio and many have turned out to be more successful than Sweet Home.

The show though has some faults, it comes with a great plot, an even greater cast, and some good writing despite its deviation from the source material. It was after the success of this show the careers of many actors kicked off and is expected to grow further as the show came to an end, including Lee Do-hyun, Song Kang, Go Min-si, and others. The third season was already confirmed and shot alongside season 2 revealing a lot of hints for the finale of the show.

Now the trailer has also confirmed some of the biggest and most awaited twists of the story. Lee Do-hyun's role as Eun-hyeok was one of the biggest characters in season 1 and was sorely missed in season 2. However, the end confirmed that he is returning as a monster in the evolved form in season 3.

As for the webtoon, Eun-hyeok becomes a monster and enters a cocoon but his character isn’t given much to do after that. On the other hand in the show, as the trailer suggested he will have a major role to play in deciding the fate of human civilization. Behind the scenes look of .
