Ever dreamed of leaving the UK and moving abroad as a British expat ? There might be some European cities you'll want to avoid. A huge study by the European Commission asked residents from all over the continent to rate their city based on important factors such as housing, green space and healthcare. While almost nine out of 10 people in Europe were satisfied with their lives, that wasn't the case everywhere.

10. Podgorica, Montenegro Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, had Europe's 10th least satisfied residents. While Montenegro's pretty coastline has seen plenty of tourists in recent years, the country's capital doesn't get nearly as many visitors.
