The watch, which covers a wide stretch from Kingston to the southwest to Renfrew in the west to Clarence-Rockland in the east and Gatineau in the north, was issued Monday morning. Article content The alert from Environment Canada also suggested that heavy rain and/or large hail and strong winds could also occur Monday afternoon.
