An entrepreneur with ADHD has shared his ‘favourite’ trick to help his brain stay focused. Alex Partridge, the founder of LADBible and UNILad and host of the ADHD Chatter Podcast, revealed the simple tip he uses himself to set deadlines when working on his laptop. ” The video has already been watched almost 100k times. In the comment section, Alex addedd: “This plan doesn’t work if you forget to charge it before you leave the house.” Many others shared their thoughts on the 'hack'.
