Emmerdale: Belle tells Tom she's had a miscarriage Emmerdale legend Emma Atkins has paid tribute to her "incredible" co-star Eden Taylor-Draper. They have worked together for years as relatives Belle and Chairty Dingle but the pair have been working more closely recently as Tom King's (James Chase) looks set to be finally caught out. The village vet has been mentally and physically abusing his new wife Belle for months but it appears that Charity starts to become suspicious of their next week.
In upcoming scenes, Belle begins to panic as Charity, Chas (Lucy Pargeter), Mandy (Lisa Riley) and Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) question her on her relationship with Tom. Charity pushes Belle to tell her what’s really going on but Belle is angered by their incessant questioning and storms out. Finding upset Belle outside the Woolpack, Charity kindly asks her once more to open up.
