Friday, May 31, 2024 Emirates has entered into a partnership with HiDubai, a consumer technology initiative, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to help local businesses expand into international markets. This agreement was formalized by Nabil Sultan, Emirates’ Executive Vice President for Passenger Sales and Country Management, and His Excellency Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO & Board Member of HiDubai. The collaboration aims to incorporate over 180,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the HiDubai platform into Emirates’ Business Rewards program.

These SMEs, which represent a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail, and services, will gain access to travel opportunities designed to facilitate business growth and provide rewards for traveling with Emirates. Currently, Emirates’ Business Rewards program serves over 40,000 SMEs, offering benefits like easy enrollment, earning and redemption of points, flexible point usage, and opportunities for upgrades based on availability. Additionally, Emirates will provide exclusive travel offers to the SMEs registered on the HiDubai platform.

Nabil Sultan said : “Emirates has been a long-standing supporter of Dubai and the wider UAE’s SME ecosystem, and we’re pleased to partner with HiDubai to help small and medium sized businesses, an important pillar and valuable generator of economic activity, to scale up their activities and explore more opportunities when they travel with us. .
