Article content In his school community, Harris constantly seeks to be a leader. He is an integral member of Shep’s rugby team, and his club rugby team is two-time city champions. He has also competed at wrestling tournaments for Ross Sheppard.

In terms of the arts, Harris is a music enthusiast. He plays various instruments, leading him to perform in a wide variety of contexts, like playing bass guitar at The Aviary or trumpet with the University of Alberta High School Honour Band. Harris is also beginning to teach piano.

A graduate of the International Baccalaureate program at his school, Harris is looking forward to studying Mathematical Physics and playing rugby at the University of Alberta next year. Commencement address: Shep is an incredible school, and I am truly grateful for the time I have been able to spend here. I would like to thank all of the teachers who I have had the privilege of being taught by.
