While the actor and model is regular with her yoga asanas, there are certain exercises that she does every day to maintain her body, flatten her tummy and to tone down her waist. The 50-year-old recently took to Instagram to share with her fans and followers the secret behind her perfectly-sculpted look. In a video, Malaika demonstrated a few exercises that required her to move her arms and legs, in order to work on the muscles of her abdomen.

While she started in a clockwise manner, she also changed the path of the dumbbell to move it in an anti-clockwise manner. The mother-of-one explained that these exercises can help a person strengthen their deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Dressed in a neon yellow sports bra and a matching pair of shorts, Malaika also demonstrated another exercise in which she held her dumbbell -- that is used for weights -- over her head with both her hands, and lifted one leg to bend it at the knee and bring it close to the chest.
