Ellie Leach has admitted she feared her 'life was over' when she exited Coronation Street last year. The former Faye Windass star first joined the hit ITV soap when she was just 10 years old. She left the cobbles after 12 years in July last year, having endured some pretty major storylines - including a teen pregnancy, early menopause and her own adoption.

Faye's final episode saw her leave Weatherfield in a packed car alongside ex-boyfriend Jackson and their daughter Miley after she broke the heart of her fiancé Craig Tinker.
