Housing association LiveWest has applied to build 20 affordable homes, including a new vehicular access, parking, drainage, associated landscaping and infrastructure in Cornwall's largest village, Millbrook on the Rame Peninsula.

A planning statement says: "We believe that the proposal will secure a high quality and sustainable addition to Millbrook, which respects local distinctiveness and is well considered in relation to ecology, hydrology, heritage, landscape and visual impact. The scheme is located on Southdown Road in Millbrook, which is often classed as the second largest village in the whole country. For more details see planning application .
