Christine McGuinness stripped down to her bikini as she grinded on a hula hoop. The BBC documentary maker made full use of the soaring temperatures as she relaxed in her garden. Christine , 36, took to her social media as she gave a behind the scenes update to her fans.
The TV personality made full use of her extensive and luxurious garden as she relaxed in the British sunshine. She opted for a striking blue bikini in the compilation video of her grinding on a complimentary coloured blue and pink hula hoop. Whilst swinging her hips around, she sipped on a large reusable water bottle, sprayed hydrating mist on her body, and she also ate a donut.
Christine flaunted her washboard abs in the video whilst donning the revealing ensemble. She captioned the video: "Self care Sunday 😎 "Move your body 💃 Stay hydrated 💦 Wear protection 🔥 Eat donuts 🍩 Play music 🎶." Later she took to her stories with another video of herself relaxing as she put on a pink baseball cap to protect her forehead from the sun.
She also reapplied the mist to her legs in a third video whilst taking a break from her kids. The model and ex-wife of TV presenter Paddy McGuinness made a joke as she posted a third short clip. The caption read: "Any minute now I'll hear "Mummy" 😂," as she flaunted her toned physique.
