The Ground Force star, 57, returned to our screens earlier this year for a new series of Garden Rescue on the BBC . As she worked her magic on a garden in Port Sunlight, Wirral, with designer Chris Hull, she left viewers gushing over how she had ‘come a long way’.
Charlie – who was open about not wearing a bra during filming – specialised in water features on Ground Force in the late 90s and early 2000s. She went on to present the likes of The Joy of Gardening and River Walks, making rare appearances until Garden Rescue began in 2016. After her appearance on the episode in April, viewer Dastan wrote: ‘ It’s amazing to see how much Charlie Dimmock has transformed over the years! ‘From her nineties TV debut alongside Alan Titchmarsh to her current role on Garden Rescue, she has certainly come a long way.
