Login The retail workers’ union is pushing the Albanese government to change collective bargaining laws to stop employers secretly sidelining unions so as to push through non-union deals with staff. The Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association wrote to Workplace Relations Minister Tony Burke on Friday after beauty giant Sephora rushed through a non-union agreement for more than 600 staff behind its back, even as the union had initiated early talks with the company.
