Brighton has been crowned as the UK’s best city for a night out - despite having some of the most expensive pints in the country. Newcastle has taken second place according to the latest survey by BonusFinder - and London came in dead last for a night on the sesh, due to its high price point. According to the party-lovers surveyed, scored a perfect 10/10 for its huge range of bars and nightclubs as well as its live music venues and hotels.

The city boasts an impressive 8.49 venues per 10,000 residents, and a whopping 24.46 pubs per 10,000 residents.

It’s also super inclusive, and with legendary DJ sets, the seaside getaway promises a stellar night out. It's the second year in a row that Brighton has been crowned. In 2023, consultancy firm Public First trawled through the data to find out which city was the most popular with party animals and Brighton came out tops.
