At a special screening for the show, Luke told Metro.co.uk that the steamy moments felt ‘honest’.
‘It felt really true and honest to their love story,’ he explained. ‘Jess [Brownell], the showrunner, and her team really honoured that. It felt like the natural progression to be honest.
It never felt like there was a big jump to those scenes. They feel so authentic and honest.’ The 31-year-old teased that viewers won’t have to wait long to see ‘the steamiest scene’ of the whole season.
He described the moments as beautiful, and praised his co-star Nicola, 37, for supporting him. ‘I just think it’s so beautifully done and having that experience with Nic, we just supported each other through it,’ he recalled.
