TRIBUTES have poured in for a 'brave' teenage girl who tragically passed away after a seven-year-long cancer battle. Over the following years, she went into remission twice - but relapsed four times. And after a long and brave fight with the rare cancer, Sophie's heartbroken family revealed that she passed away last night. They said that Sophie died while her twin sister Megan, 17, lay by her side.
