A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 34-year-old mum was stabbed to death on a beach. Amie Gray died after being stabbed on Durley Chine Beach in Bournemouth on Friday night, Dorset Police said. A second woman, aged 38, was also seriously injured and remains in hospital.

A 17-year-old from Lancashire was initially arrested over the attack and eliminated from the investigation. Now police have confirmed a second arrest has been made of a man from Croydon, South London. Detective Superintendent Richard Dixey, of the force's Major Crime Investigation Team, said: “The investigation has progressed at speed over recent days, which has now led to an arrest being made in London.

Officers from Dorset Police intelligence and firearms teams worked together with colleagues from the Metropolitan Police to carry out the arrest." A beautiful person inside and out, thank you for all the laughs and memories I will cherish forever." Amie was.
