It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Bonnie Evelyne Morden (nee Thompson), a woman whose vibrant spirit and infectious laughter touched the hearts of all who knew her. Bonnie’s fun-loving nature made her a cherished friend, and her home was always the heart of countless happy gatherings. Everyone wanted to be at Bonnie's house, where the laughter was loud, the food was incredible, and the company was unmatched.

Bonnie's laugh was a gift she passed on to her children, a beautiful reminder of the fun she brought into the world. Her creativity knew no bounds, whether she was whipping up a delicious meal, decorating her home, or working in her incredible garden. At Christmas, her tree was always a stunning work of art.

Bonnie's dedication was evident in everything she did, from walking to work in -40 degree weather to building unique off-the-grid properties in Nipigon and Texas with her best friend and husband, Richard. She embraced life with a passion, working hard and enjoying every moment to the fullest. Her love for the outdoors was boundless; she was an avid hiker, golfer, rockhound, gardener and kayaker, spending countless hours paddling the lakes around Nipigon with her dear friends.

The “ranch” in Texas was her second home; a beautiful place that was filled with many cherished friends and memories. Bonnie's vibrant spirit and the joy she brought into the world will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her, especially h.
