Meanwhile, the Karnataka government has banned the release and broadcast of the film for at least two weeks or until the next order.

Hamare Baarah set for release The High Court announced its decision stating that it was made “only to balance the equities” and it further noted that “the film may also need to be viewed to draw any conclusions regarding the rival contentions”. Additionally, the court has reportedly requested the formation of a committee of three members, including at least one Muslim member to watch the film and report back, as per India Today report.
