This Morning: Cat and Ben say 'goodbye' ahead of summer break Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley are set to take a well-deserved break from their This Morning duties. The popular presenters have announced they'll be stepping back from the iconic blue sofa until September to spend quality time with their loved ones during the summer holidays. They shared the update with fans at the conclusion of Thursday's (July 11) show, expressing their gratitude by saying "thanks for having us".
Since taking over hosting duties on March 11, Cat and Ben have been regular faces on the programme, appearing four days a week. Starting Monday July 15, Friday favourites Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary will take the helm for the start of the summer line-up, followed by a rotation of beloved daytime TV personalities. The roster includes Josie Gibson, Craig Doyle, Rylan Clark, Rochelle Humes, and Joel Dommett, with Sian Welby also returning to the screen after giving birth to her daughter Ruby.
