THE Stanley Quencher travel cup was one of last year’s must-have products - but not everyone wants to part with a £50 note in the name of viral trends. So it doesn’t matter that the trend shows no sign of slowing down, as countless dupes have hit the high street. From Tesco and Sainsbury’s to Home Bargains and Amazon, there’s copycat cups everywhere.
They range in price from as cheap as £2.99 to around £20, while a genuine Stanley Quencher will set you back £45. And now, Primark has released even bigger cups of its Stanley dupes - and shoppers are going wild for them.
The retail giant now stocks 40oz cups in pink, beige and leopard print - a double in size from its first 20oz dupes. The 40oz Stainless Steel Travel Mug with Straw comes in pink and ‘mocha’ for just £10. And as it's made from stainless steel, your water will stay cool for hours.
“Holding 40oz (over one litre!), this large stainless steel travel mug is perfect for ensuring you stay hydrated throughout the day,” Primark bosses said. “With a handle for easy transportation, it comes with a metal straw for easy sipping. “While the flat concave design means you can rest it on your desk, kitchen counter and even store it in your car’s cup holder with ease.
“Arriving in a fabulous pink and chic brown hue, you’ll love having this cup by your side.” There’s also a beige leopard print version. “Keep hydrated on car journeys or at your desk with the help of this drinking cup,” Primark .
