A bus stop is cordoned off this morning with blood splatters seen within the tape. The stop on Blackburn Road, Astley Bridge has crime scene tape around it - and it is not clear at this time whether buses can stop there. There are no police on the scene currently and the tape extends down the pathway.

But The Bolton News is trying to ascertain whether the bus stop is out of use due to a possible investigation.
