The Dancing With The Stars judge turned 44 last week and has kept his birthday celebrations going. Yesterday, Arthur met up with his beloved pals for afternoon tea and was greeted with balloons, birthday banners and a huge present with a red bow in the middle of the room.
The celebrity choreographer was blown away as he lifted the white sheet to find a tank with three fish swimming in it.
