Additionally, they’ve named a new president for their subsidiary, McGee Air Services, renowned for its ground services and aircraft management. Justin Neff has been appointed as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management for Alaska Airlines.

In this role, Neff will lead the strategic sourcing and supply chain efforts for both Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air, crucial for achieving business objectives and ensuring cost efficiency. His responsibilities will include implementing best practices in sourcing and managing aircraft, engine acquisitions, and maintenance support agreements. Before taking on this role, Neff served as the President of McGee Air Services, where he set a new benchmark for safety and operational excellence within the subsidiary.

He also established an industry-leading recruiting and training program, emphasizing relationship-building and prioritizing employee welfare. Prior to his tenure at McGee, Neff held significant positions at Alaska Airlines, including Managing Director roles overseeing engines, components, materials, leasing, and supply chain management. Before joining Alaska Airlines, he gained experience in IT contracting and procurement at Black & Veatch.
