Personal style can take on many forms, but it’s often rooted in a uniform; a template of that’s easy to put together, and feels like the closest approximation of one’s truest self. , founder of the multi-brand PR agency, , discovered those winning combinations—classic silhouettes that fit well and play nicely with a variety of neutrals—for herself pretty quickly. “I feel like I figured out what to wear and what makes me feel good early on,” she says of her pared-back yet elevated style, which in the last decade hasn’t changed much, but thoughtfully evolved to fit her needs.

“If I look at my pictures from 10 years ago, it’s all kind of the same: it's a cashmere sweater and jeans or pants and ballet flats, and that's it.” Jasevice credits this mindset to her being in college at the time, always keeping busy, and never really wanting to spend too much time thinking about what to wear. A native Lithuanian, Jasevice moved to New York seven years ago before launching VSJ Consulting in 2020.

She arrived in the city from London, where she started working—first part-time as a college student, then full-time after graduation—at , a small communications agency where she focused on bringing American brands (Club Monaco, Rosetta Getty, and Tibi, to name a few) to the UK market.
