From the A47 to the A140, here are some of the roadworks across Norfolk that drivers need to be aware of this week. The A47 Acle Straight from the Vauxhall roundabout to the Acle roundabout will be closed on weeknights from 8pm to 6am starting today (June 3). National Highways announced the closure was necessary "to do some remedial work to bring the road surface up to the required standard".

30am and 3pm on June 6. The Norfolk County Council work will see a road rejuvenator sprayed on the road which will need time to soak into the top layer of the road surface. London Road in Attleborough will be closed from June 3 to June 4 for £3,750 carriageway repair works.
Due to the narrow road, the entire carriageway will be closed - from the A11 roundabout to Blacksmith Lane. A signed diversion will be in place for the duration of the works. The A140 Cromer Road in Hellesdon, near Norwich Airport, is set to close for several days of roadworks, costing the Norfolk County Council £83,234.
The closure on June 7, June 10, June 11 and June 12 between 9.30pm and 3.30pm will prevent people from parking on the Cromer Road and Mayfield Avenue junction to the northern Norwich Airport Park and Ride entrance.
