After four years of ownership, Nick Bosa has decided to say goodbye to a South Florida condo in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale . The NFL star is asking a speck under $1.8 million for the townhouse-style residence, which comes complete with ocean views and access to a secluded beach.

The listing is held by the player’s mother, Cheryl Bosa of Engel & Völkers. Acquired by the All-Pro defensive end for $1.24 million—shortly after he was chosen second overall in the 2019 draft by the San Francisco 49ers and subsequently inked a four-year, $33.



6 million contract—the two-level unit lies on the fourth and fifth floors of the five-story 30 Thirty North Ocean luxury boutique residential building, which was completed in summer 2020 by Cavache Properties and designed by Adache Group Architects.
