Adrian Cosmin Naom, aged 36, from Birchdale Manor, Lurgan appeared before Craigavon Magistrates Court charged with common assault. The court heard the injured party contacted police on January 3 this year after an incident at an address in Portadown. The defendant, when spoken to by police, denied any form of altercation had occurred.
