Starting early in the afternoon, the mercury will climb to a high of 31-32 C. Skies are expected to be clear. “These conditions pose a health risk when you are not used to the heat,” the weather agency said.

“Everyone is at risk from heat, especially older adults; infants and young children; and people with chronic illnesses.
