Tipu-Preeti murder: Witness testimony on June 20 A court in Dhaka on Tuesday set June 20 for the testimony in a murder case of AL leader Jahidul Islam Tipu and college student Samia Afrin Preeti. Members of Detective Branch (DB) of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested main shooter Masum Mohammad alias Akash from Bogura. During primary interrogation, Masum admitted that he killed Jahidul Islam Tipu.
