Princess Anne is prioritising her recovery. The Princess Royal was hospitalised last month following a horse-related incident, and while exact details regarding her recovery have not been released, it seems she needs more time to rest, according to her latest diary tweak. After being released from the hospital on June 28 , Anne, 73, returned to her Gatcombe Park home, where it was announced she would return to royal duties when her doctors saw fit.
Her first engagement was listed for next week; however, that has since been changed. Taking to X, royal blogger and writer Gert’s Royals reported, “The diary on @RoyalFamily website has been updated to remove Princess Anne’s engagement next week, as she is still recovering from her accident last month.”.
