Gigi Percival, three, fell in love with signs after a family holiday last year when she first noticed the 'seatbelt' 'no smoking' signs on the plane. Since then she's been hooked and reads out every sign she sees.

So it came as no surprise to Adam Percival, 33, when Gigi said she wanted a 'no smoking cake' for the big day. 'We thought it was hilarious and wanted to grant her wishes. Our whole family has a pretty good sense of humour so everyone went all in!' Adam told FEMAIL.
