Dozens of doctors and nurses are set to move into brand-new accommodation in the heart of Scunthorpe town centre. The scheme is part of the enterprise and innovation hub , also known as Project Anchor, at the former Scunthorpe Market site , largely funded by the government's Future High Streets Fund. As well as offices, a café and bar, the project includes 46-unit accommodation on its eastern wing.

The last brick for this was laid in the autumn and it is now ready to be moved into by NHS doctors and nurses. It has been named Elizabeth Row, in tribute to the late monarch.
