The joy of volunteering has been highlighted as Norwich City's official charity partner launches a new scheme. The Community Sports Foundation (CSF) has launched its My Club programme offering access to matchday tickets, kit and other rewards to coincide with National Volunteers Week. Nicol Nicholls, who volunteers at CSF's dementia support group Duncan’s Club, said: “Volunteering is so rewarding.

It can be something as small as a smile. "It can be a person coming into a session and saying 'I’ve missed you this week'. I do it not for the gratitude but because I love it and I want to make a difference.

“I’ve had to seek help before, and I’ve been in a position where I’ve needed support, so if I can be that to someone else, that’s such a worthwhile thing.” Nicol and fellow Duncan's Club volunteer Ronnie Moulton feature in a new promotional video explaining the work of CSF to those interested in joining. "To allow us to help even more people, the support and dedication of more volunteers is vital. Nicol Nicholls has discussed her volunteering in a new CSF promotional video (Image: Community Sports Foundation) Ronnie Moulton has discussed his volunteering in a new CSF promotional video (Image: Co.
